2. Purpose of the SiteSense Tool
SiteSense is designed to assist businesses in identifying potential accessibility issues on their websites by providing automated scans and actionable reports. However:
- SiteSense is a first step in achieving ADA compliance and is not a substitute for manual testing or other professional accessibility evaluations.
- Full ADA compliance requires comprehensive manual testing, remediation, and ongoing monitoring beyond what our tool provides.
3. Limitation of Liability
SiteSense provides insights based on automated scanning technology. While we strive for accuracy, you agree that:
- SiteSense is not responsible for any accessibility issues on your website, whether or not they are identified by our tool.
- The tool may not detect every accessibility error, and SiteSense cannot guarantee your website's full compliance with ADA guidelines or any other accessibility standards.
- SiteSense is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from non-compliance, whether reported or not reported by our tool.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content, maintenance, and compliance of your website. This includes:
- Taking appropriate steps to address the issues identified in SiteSense's reports.
- Conducting additional manual testing to ensure your website meets all applicable accessibility standards.
5. No Legal Advice
SiteSense does not provide legal advice. Our reports and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a legal determination or guarantee of compliance.
6. Service Limitations
- SiteSense provides automated scans based on the latest accessibility standards at the time of the scan. However, accessibility guidelines may evolve, and our tool may not reflect future changes in regulations or best practices.
- SiteSense reports may not cover all pages or features of your website if they are outside the scope of the scan.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteSense, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of our services.
